Xspider — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all Xspider Services, websites, and products. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Xspider provides software development, SaaS platforms, hosting, and digital solutions under brands such as FigmaWork, FramerBro, and Hosterline.
Each project or subscription may have additional service-specific terms.
3. Account Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information during registration or inquiry.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Unauthorized use of your account should be reported immediately to su*****@*****er.net.
4. Payments & Billing
Fees are payable as agreed in your service plan or contract.
Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or under a specific refund policy.
Late payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.
5. Intellectual Property
All website design, code, logos, and content are the property of Xspider / Figma Work Limited.
Clients retain ownership of their original data and materials but grant Xspider a limited license to use them for service delivery.
6. Software Licensing
Use of our SaaS products (such as Sabaq, Dialab, Somonnoy, or Posify) is governed by individual subscription agreements.
Unauthorized duplication, redistribution, or resale of software is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Xspider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, downtime, or third-party actions.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or misuse of Services.
You may terminate your service by providing written notice and clearing all dues.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and the United Kingdom, depending on your contract location.
